How long is processing and shipping?

Renegade Disc Golf Apparel (RDGA) prints on demand so orders process within approx. 1-3 business days and shipped within 2-7 business days. Some orders may be shipped separately. You will be emailed or texted a tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped. 

RDGA currently only ships within the United States.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We have a 14-Day Return policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To process a return please email  us at renegadediscgolfapparel@gmail.com. To be eligible for a refund/return items must be returned in the condition they were received – new, unused with all tags attached within 14 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the item has been returned we will process an exchange or refund within 14 days.

A fair use policy applies; if we find someone returning too many items too often, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Misprinted/Damaged Items

Please inspect your order arrival reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive an item that is misprinted/damaged/defective please email us  at renegadediscgolfapparel@gmail.com within 14 days.  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Product Color Disclaimer

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. ... color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors.
